Writer: AvenAven

Updated: Jan 10, 2024

The calendar year has just begun but we are almost through the 2024 tax year.

This means that provisional taxpayers need to submit their provisional tax returns before the end of February, to report income and expenses for March 2023 to end February 2024 (estimating February) and pay tax, if necessary.

Due Dates:

  • We need your information by the 5th of February

  • This will allow us enough time to provide you with the calculation results in time for the deadline.

  • The payment to SARS, if necessary, needs to be made before the 29th of February

LATE or NON-SUBMISSION OF PROVISIONAL TAX RETURNS ARE PENALISED AT 20%

LATE PAYMENTS ARE IMMEDIATELY PENALISED AT 10%
