Our Aven Consulting local fund fact sheets for the month of October have been updated and posted on the website.
The last 12 months have been excellent for investors with the last year’s annual performances ranging from in excess of 16% in the Cautious fund up to in excess of 20% in Moderate Aggressive fund.
The longer term returns (3 to five years) are also all looking and showing returns of 10 to 12% p/a which means 5 to 7% real returns in excess of CPI for the periods.
We think that what all long term investors should be reminded of by this is the importance of time in the markets, rather than trying to time the markets.
